ABC’s Extreme Makeover Home Edition is searching for a deserving Indiana family to feature on the show. You need apply soon the submission deadline is February 10th! Here’s who they’re looking for:
Deserving families who have amazing strength of character and put their own needs aside to help others. Producers are also looking for families whose home is in need of major alterations or repair – homes that present serious problems for the family and affect their quality of life.
To be eligible the family must own their own single family home and be able to demonstrate how a makeover will make a huge difference in their lives.

Nominations/Submissions must include:
- Names and ages of each member of the household
- A description of the major challenges of the home
- Explain why the family is deserving or a positive role model in their community
- Photos of the family and the home
- The address and phone number of the family
